Lottie Michael has earned a reputation among both clients and peers for focusing on the motivational aspects of transactions to achieve equitable solutions for all parties. She takes great pride in her work and her ability to guide property owners and tenants through the real estate process. Lottie has a thorough understanding of the Alaska commercial real estate market, with nearly 40 years of experience. Her expertise covers all aspects of commercial real estate from ownership and management to sales and leasing.

She received the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 1983 from the National Association of Realtors and is currently president of the Alaska CCIM Chapter. Lottie is an active member in several real estate organizations and has previously ; served as President of the Anchorage Board of Realtors; President of the Alaska Multiple Listing Service; and Chairman of the State of Alaska Real Estate Commission. She is a charter member of CREW Alaska and a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
