Mark Filipenko has been with Bond, Stephens, & Johnson, Inc. since 2003. He graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage and has a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance with a minor in Economics.

Mark has extensive experience in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the Anchorage and Kenai markets. Marks leasing experience includes representing numerous office buildings, warehouses and retail centers throughout Anchorage. He has worked with and represented numerous national, regional and local companies.

Mark has been recognized expert in commercial real estate and handle office, warehouse, retail and multifamily transactions. He has been published in the Alaska Business Monthly magazine and The Scotsman Guide, which is a national magazine for mortgage brokers. He has also made numerous presentations on the Industrial Market for Anchorage BOMA's annual forecast luncheon and has spoken at both the Appraisers Association and the Board of Realtors annual forecast.
