In his 14 years in the commercial real estate business Mike has sold or leased many major commercial developments. He has sold or leased office, retail, warehouse and multi-family properties and land throughout Alaska but primarily in the Anchorage and Matanuska-Susitna Valley areas. He has prepared Broker’s Opinions of Value, especially as a qualified member of the Wells Fargo RETECHS system, throughout the State. Averaged 25 BOV’s a year for Wells Fargo Bank for the last six years. Also contracted with ATT Alascom for lease extensions and renewals throughout the State of Alaska with up to 35 leases handled a year for the last five years.
