Megan G. Benedict is Executive Vice President of the property management division. She has 24 years of experience in commercial real estate management, and oversees all aspects of the firm’s accounting systems, including budgeting, financial reporting, utility analysis and energy conservation planning.
Ms. Benedict also provides asset management services to investors with out-of-state real estate investments, overseeing the work of on-site property managers and facilitating acquisition, refinancing and disposition of the properties.

Victoria A. Roberts has been with the property management team since 2003. She has extensive experience in facility management, budgeting and construction projects of all types. She maintains excellent relations with tenants and has successfully completed a large number of lease renewal negotiations, many with national tenants. She was promoted to Property Manager in 2006 and became a Vice President in 2009.
