• Broker and partner in Bond, Stephens & Johnson, Inc. He has a broad background in management, advertising, marketing and real estate sales and leasing. Over the past twenty years Mr. Bond has successfully completed over 1,200 leases for a combined total of in excess of seven million square feet. During the same period he has sold over 200 commercial properties valued at over five hundred million dollars. Currently he exclusively represents over thirty commercial properties throughout the Anchorage area.
• Before forming his own firm he was employed by the Jack White Company, where he was one of the top producing commercial agents from 1989 through 1992. Between 1982 and 1989, Mr. Bond was the highest volume commercial broker at Polar Realty.
• Prior to starting his real estate career, Mr. Bond was President of North Country Stores, Inc. In this capacity, he developed a chain of eleven retail stores throughout Anchorage. In addition, he started an advertising agency and a highly successful catalog sales business.
• Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area, he graduated from San Raphael Military Academy and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder.
• Mr. Bond is a member of the Anchorage Board of Realtors, the Building Owners & Managers Association, the Anchorage Multiple Listing Service, the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, the Alaska Military Housing Task Force and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
